Research On The Implementation Of "Young Marxist Training Project" In Colleges And Universities

Training project of young Marxists is the talents training project which is endowed to the universities by our country and Party, and it aims to improving the level of theoretical study of the student leaders, practice ability, volunteer service idea, communication ability and distinguishing ability in viewing problems by means of educational training, practical exercises, subject study and Social research and making them to develop into young Marxists with firm belief.According to the five problems demanding to solve which is the imperfectness of the system, the singleness of the training form, the limited coverage, the unconspicuousness of the training effect, the lackness of the security from system, no pertinence of the training contents, the ineffectiveness of training which relies heavily on theory rather than practice in training project of young Marxists in universities, this thesis analyzes, searches the cause and proposes the corresponding solution countermeasures-how to make reasonable training plan, optimize the training contents of training project of young Marxists, build perfect training mechanism, improve the quality and level of the training teachers, construct a network platform for training project of young Marxists, integrate the Training project of young Marxists into campus cultural activities.
