With the "National Fitness Program," the promulgation and implementation of martial arts as an important lesson of PE content of the public, its role and value of more and more attention. In order to further promote the smooth implementation of Wushu and conduct, the paper Shenyang Wushu Teacher the status of the investigation and analysis of the hope that through this investigation, the university martial arts teachers to recognize their great mission to shoulder and found its own lack of efforts to the development of teaching martial arts to make its own contribution.Through questionnaires and visits to the Shenyang City in the form of the structure of martial arts teacher status (including age structure, the number of structures, title structure, educational structure, special structures, etc.), teaching (including their class time on the case, preparation conditions, the outline implementation of the capacity of teachers, workload, etc.), research (including research project situation, research the number of teachers of foreign languages, computer skills, etc.) and benefits were carefully investigated, and based on the use of data processing software and logical analysis of the survey results to conduct a careful processing and analysis, reached the following conclusions:First, in Shenyang City in general martial arts teachers showed younger age, the trend to mainly young teachers; but the number of martial arts teacher ratio is low, resulting in heavy workload; title structure is reasonable, but present educational structure "upside down" phenomenon; professional structure is reasonable, but there are also non-professional teachers involved in martial arts and other issues. Second, most martial arts teachers in Shenyang City can be done on time after class, but a few people late and leave early; martial arts teachers prepare lessons very serious attitude, the ideal situation of the implementation of the syllabus; martial arts teachers use traditional teaching methods too large, for some creative teaching methods utilized; actions demonstrate the capability and strong, but many teachers have neglected to explain the theory of martial arts and martial arts culture and communication; student satisfaction, teaching martial arts is not high, that the martial arts teachers is too complicated, a single teaching method. Third, Shenyang City Wushu Teacher research project and less than the number of scientific research, both scientific research and the ability of the martial arts teacher, but also that the martial arts school teaching and inadequate attention to scientific research. Fourth, in Shenyang City to learn martial arts teachers, computer and foreign language awareness and enthusiasm are high, but the overall level is still low. Fifth, in Shenyang City martial arts schools grants for teachers welfare standards vary, the same school, physical education teachers and allowances for teachers in other subjects are also different.
