’the Sunny Sports’was put forward because of the drop of middle schools students’health and fitness. The purpose of’the Sunny Sports’is to enhance teenagers fitness, make them learn some motor skills, form good habit of physical practicing, so when they are at school, they are willing to go outdoors and take part in physical activities. The author works in a middle school in PiZhou County, and finds out there are a lot of problems in the implement of’the Sunny Sports’in middle schools in PiZhou County. Therefore, the author will do the investment of current situation of’the Sunny Sports’in20middle schools in PiZhou County, in order to make an objective analysis and evaluation of the implement of’the Sunny Sports’in middle schools in PiZhou County, and then the author will give some suggestions about the problems.In this paper, the author did the research and analysis though the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, and mathematical statistics. It is learned from the results of investment that most of middle schools in PiZhou county were made the detailed implemental plans for’the Sunny Sports’, the teachers diversified physical activity forms and sports competition, and long-run activity in winter is specially popular. The students are all interested in both physical education classes’ activities and extracurricular activities. This creates a very good atmosphere for students take part in physical activities, and advances the development of’the Sunny Sports’in middle schools. Though the investment and research, the author find out some problems in he implement of’the Sunny Sports’in middle schools in PiZhou county, such as some school leaders didn’t pay enough attention to the implement of’the Sunny Sports’, which leads to the implement of’the Sunny Sports’is still in the superficial level. Nearly20%physical education class volume didn’t reach the national standards, and the practicing load should be enhanced in physical education classes. The phenomenon of free activities in physical education classes is popular. Because of the restriction of field and equipments, the extra curriculum physical activities can’t be developed in some middle schools.The author give the following suggestions with those problems:the government and related departments should strengthen the management and intendance of middle schools to guarantee the implement of’the Sunny Sports’. The government and related departments should make some measures to decrease the pressure of middle schools, and encourage school leaders pay more attention to ’the Sunny Sports’and improve the condition of physical education equipments of middle schools. At last, the teachers should agree and have an active attitude towards the value of the implement of’the Sunny Sports’.
