| In order to change the disadvantageous situation that the students' health condition is continually descendent and compel students to take part in athletics activity, our country government section issue a call named "The sunny sports movement", and this activity is an action platform to promote scholastic physical education health and sustainable development. The great call of the "sunny sports movement" is issued by the Ministry of Education, National Athletics Bureau and the Communist Youth League on December 20 in 2006.The sunny sports movement is a system project that promote our country education and the scholastic physical education's business. Carrying on the "sunny sports movement" need the guarantee of the society, and it also needs students' personal self aware.This topic adopts various methods, such as the literature information and investigation and questionnaire survey, and on the basis of investigation and questionnaire survey in some high schools of Wuhan City, the topic focuses on inspection of the society guarantee and students' personal self aware of "The sunny sports movement". The survey results show that the whole society is paying more and more attention to this movement. It has being implemented well in the scholastic physical education's business and people have accumulated preliminary experience. But at the same time, there are also some problems on the thought understandings, the system constructions and guarantee with materials, which makes the movement get the fully implement have a far way to reach. To the personal self aware of the "sunny sports movement", it is considered that the student's well know the movement's importance, and then produce the self-conscious consciousness and behaviors to participate the athletics activity. Basic important points are as bellow: Constructing a good public opinion direction, stir up every student's inside to get rid of motive and understand clearly to the school athletics. Construct a good society guarantee mechanism; Adopt various policy measures to grasp a total tube together; Create good sunlight athletics environment; Turn the education system reform deeply; Aggressive compel forward education for all-round development; Improve the exterior condition of the sunlight athletics sport.
