Since21th, work ethics is becoming to leisure ethics quietly and irreversibly, whichindicates leisure time is coming. Because of that, research on leisure education goes moreimportant. Since2008, peoples born in1990s has become the main force of the universities, thatincreasingly drawn the attention of scholars. Whether college students have the ability of leisure,the correct value of leisure will be related to their spare quality of leisure life, and also will affecttheir physical and mental development and the quality of life. This is a challenge to collegestudents’ leisure quality, and a challenge to the leisure education of China. Therefore, the authorputs forward the research topic, in order to through the literature analysis understand the currentresearch situation of leisure education at home and abroad. And focuses on the review of thecollege students’ leisure life and the research of leisure education in our country. Through theempirical method, master the present situation of college students’ leisure life and theiroutstanding characteristic, and attribution analysis. On the basis of that put forward the leisureeducation strategy, and try to build our country’ leisure education system.This study followed research idea on “From theory to empirical and return theory”, andmade use of comprehensive literature analysis, interviews, and questionnaire in visitation andcomparison methods. Preliminary understanding the current college students born in1990s andtheir leisure life, the present situation of leisure education, whose interview object was JiangnanUniversity teachers and students. Designed questionnaire according to the interview results ofJiangnan University undergraduates500. The mummer of actual recovery questionnaires was486, the effective was97.2%. Summarized the present situation of college students leisure lifeand their outstanding characteristics born in1990s, through the statistics of questionnairepercentage, analyzed the reasons combined with their personality characteristics and growthenvironment, and put forward the corresponding leisure education strategy from leisure learning,associating, literary style and community life four aspects. Tried to design leisure educationsystem on the empirical exploring.The specific structure: the first chapter of introduction mainly introduced the background,the studies review, the research idea and method of this topic research. The second, third, fourthand fifth chapter discussed the leisure education respectively from the leisure learning, leisureintercourse, and leisure style and leisure community life. The sixth chapter leisure educationdesign, based on the above four chapters of the theory and the practice about leisure life andleisure education, designed the leisure education system, including the leisure education goal,contents, principle and education strategy. Among them, the education strategy included fiveaspects: curriculum system, teaching staff, campus cultural environment and social supportplatform. The seventh chapter reflection and outlook, reflected mainly for the typical problemsencountered in the process of the research. Discussed the development space of leisure educationresearch, emphasizes the necessity and urgency of leisure education, so as to cause somescholars’attention.
