A Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of University Students’ Leisure Education

With the development of society, as a whole, people have more and more leisuretime, especially the special group of college students, compared with other people, theyhave more free time, and leisure is an important and indispensable part of collegestudents’live. If they cannot rationally make full use of the leisure time, Which not onlyhindering their physical and mental development, but also threatening the socialharmony and stability. Therefore, how to educate and guide students to have a scientificand reasonable arrangement of leisure time, so as to form the correct leisure values, It isa realistic problem urgently to be solved in the process of leisure education of Collegestudents.Based on the definition of leisure and leisure education-related concepts, Thispaper fully discusses the important significance of leisure education in universities.From the four angels of leisure awareness, leisure time, leisure activities and leisure lifesatisfaction, the research analyze the current situation of leisure life to X University’sundergraduates with the ways of questionnaires and interviews. The survey shows theleisure life of X University’s undergraduates as a whole is colorful and positive,however, there are still pessimistic problems, including the weak consciousness ofleisure time using, low levels of leisure activity, leisure awareness incorrect and so on.This paper further analyzes the underlying causes of problems in the students’leisure life, which includes not only from external factors’ influences of the society, theuniversity and the family, but also from the impact of the students themselves. That is tosay, any party strength alone can not solve the problem of college students’ leisureeducation, which needs the joint efforts of society, universities, families, and studentsthemselves.Finally, this paper focuses on the specific measures and recommendations aboutsolving the problem of college students’ leisure: strengthening society leisureeducation’s guidance and command; playing a leading role in the leisure education inuniversities; doing with family leisure education’s government and supervision; playingthe main role of college students’ themselves in leisure education. Therefore, we call on all aspects of the whole society to be able to create a good leisure educationalenvironment, fully have awareness of the value of leisure time, strengthen the educationof college students and guide students to learn to use leisure time intelligently, so as tocreate a scientific and healthy leisure lifestyle and jointly build a happy life and brightfuture.
