Private Universities are important components in China’s higher education, the rapid development of the private colleges has injected fresh blood for higher education in our country. But there are still many problems in the teacher incentive, need to be improved in further. The paper starts from the hierarchy of needs theory, double factors incentive theory, expectations theory, and complex man hypothesis theory of the management, making in-depth analysis to the problems and the reasons which existing in the full-time teachers incentive of private colleges and universities, At the same time, in contrast with foreign colleges incentives, find the reference to our country., Proposing the improvement measures of private colleges full-time teachers incentive management from "to establish competitive salary system, strengthen the social security motivation, complete the teacher’s training system, create a good working environment, create the teachers’democratic participation system environment, perfect the young teachers’incentive measures, the self-improvement of teachers’ quality", etc.. Finally combine the JiangXi HT College, using the related theories and research achievements to make example analysis. This study is designed to provide some theory references for academic circle, and some practice guidances for the first-tier private universities.
