Preschool teacher’s professional development directly related to the quality ofpreschool education,preschool teacher’s professional development needs not onlyteachers’ professional knowledge and professional spirit, but also constrained by theorganizational environment created by all sectors of society. The organizationatmosphere is the perception of the members in the organization environment and theorganization internal environment characteristics of lasting. Whether in managementscience field or education field, organizational innovation atmosphere is more andmore get the attention of scholars. Therefore, from the organization innovationatmosphere perspective preschool teacher’s professional development, and can notonly enrich the related theory research, in practice also has important significance.148preschool teachers from five kindergarten in changchun city are tested byorganization innovation atmosphere questionnaire. At the same time, randomly10in-depth interview research from the148teachers, sorting out and analyzing thefactors which affected the level of kindergarten organization innovation atmosphere.The aim is to understand the kindergarten organization innovation atmosphere presentsituation, summarize the factors influencing kindergarten organization innovationatmosphere, and put forward education suggestions,so as to promote preschoolteacher’s professional development.This research mainly divided into five parts:Part1: The problem put forward. Mainly includes the research background, theresearch significance and literature review.Part2: The study design. Mainly expounds the research object, the selection of,clear purpose, research methods and tools and introduced of statistic treatment.Part3: The study results. Through interview and questionnaire research, Using thestatistical data processing and variance analysis, the interview results will beclassified and summarized. Eventually got the present situation of the kindergartenorganization innovation atmosphere and influencing factors.Part4: The study conclusion and Suggestions. The level of organizationinnovation atmosphere in kindergarten is overall higher,The average level of theteachers’ personal values is the highest;Teachers’ background of different organizationinnovation is the perception of the kindergarten atmosphere does not exist differences;The factors of influencing the organization innovation atmosphere of kindergartensIncludes three aspects: the teachers themselves, kindergarten management mode andinterpersonal relationship.The author puts forward five Suggestions.
