As the spiritual style,behavioral characteristics,moral ethos,and other elements displayed in the learning activities of college students and the virtual cultural space created by them,college students’ academic atmosphere has gradually become a new and energetic form of campus culture integrated into the life of college students and constitutes an evolving tension relationship with the construction of campus culture.Through theoretical combing,it is found that college students’ academic atmosphere and campus culture have great internal consistency and follow the organizational culture model of "material culture-value concept-conscious motivation" in all three groups of universities,teachers,and students.The organizational culture model of "material culture-value concept-conscious initiative" is followed in all three groups of universities,teachers,and students.It is the soul of university culture,and a good academic atmosphere is a powerful guarantee to promote students to form good study habits and beliefs,to promote the growth and success of university students in a subtle way,and it is related to the survival and development of the university,the development and progress of teachers’ academic ability,and to influence and lead the development of good social culture.Therefore,this paper mainly adopts the literature analysis method and mixed research method in the organizational culture perspective to describe,analyze and evaluate the academic atmosphere of college students through the combination of theory and practice,hoping to establish the evaluation model and questionnaire of college students’ academic atmosphere and truly measure the current situation of college students’ academic atmosphere;and expects to measure the factor indexes among the variables of the model through the data,so as to speak with the data and provide the improvement of academic atmosphere.It is expected that the data can be used to measure the factor indices among the variables of the model and provide feasible suggestions for the improvement of academic atmosphere.The whole paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 discusses the historical origin of the development of academic atmosphere among college students.Chapter 2 investigates the hierarchical structure of college students’ academic atmosphere from the basic concept of college students’ academic atmosphere and the related analysis of organizational culture theory.Chapters 3 and 4 construct the evaluation model of college students’ academic atmosphere and its questionnaire through interviews and qualitative research,questionnaires,and quantitative research respectively,and then investigate the problems and root causes of the current college students’ academic atmosphere.Chapter 5 proposes several strategies to promote college students’ academic s atmosphere from the perspective of organizational culture: pay attention to the systematic construction of college students’ academic atmosphere;strengthen the construction of circle structure of college students’ academic atmosphere,insist on the trinity of school atmosphere,teaching atmosphere and peer role model,and build a "school-familysociety-government" network and a "school-family-government" network.The students’ school spirit should be strengthened,the school spirit,teaching spirit and peer role model should be integrated,and the school-family-society-government network and circle structure should be built;the main motivation and self-constructing power of the students should be enhanced,and the students’ ideological recognition and action support should be strengthened,to carry out the progressive path of school spirit construction.
