The higher professional identity of preschool teachers helps them to truly love the profession of preschool education,and the related research shows that professional identity affects teachers' professional development,career happiness and so on.As an important part of teachers' working environment,the organizational atmosphere of kindergarten is a kind of psychological atmosphere formed by the interaction of preschool teachers,garden directors and environment,and it is an essential factor to influence the professional identity of preschool teachers.This research will try to investigate the relationship between the organizational atmosphere of kindergarten and the current situation of teachers' professional identity.The research adopts the teacher professional identity scale compiled by Professor Wei Shuhua of Southwest University in 2008 and the kindergarten organization atmosphere description questionnaire revised by Professor Li Xiaowei of Beijing Normal University in 2017.Taking 303 preschool teachers in Xinyang City,Henan Province as the object of the questionnaire survey,the results of the questionnaire survey were supplemented by the interview method,and finally the conclusion was drawn:1.The organizational atmosphere of kindergartens is generally moderate,and the scores of each dimension are from high to low for teachers' professional behavior>teachers' intimate behavior>director's supporting behavior,director's restricted behavior>teacher's alienation behavior.2.The professional identity of preschool teachers is generally high,and the scores of each dimension from high to low are professional values>professional behavior tendency>professional sense of belonging>role values.The professional identity of preschool teachers is influenced by age,teaching age,education,specialty,establishment,professional title,district,nature and income.3.With the exception of the limited behavior of the head of the kindergarten,the organizational atmosphere of the kindergarten has a significant correlation with the professional identity of teachers.4.There were significant differences in the overall and various dimensions of professional identity between the high and low groups in the organizational atmosphere of kindergartens.5.The types of organizational atmosphere in kindergartens were significantly correlated with the professional identity of preschool teachers,and the scores of professional identity in input and open organizational atmosphere were higher than those in alienation and closure.6.The organizational atmosphere of kindergarten has a significant predictive power on teachers' professional identity,in which teachers' professional behavior,teachers' intimate behavior and garden director's supporting behavior are effective predictors of professional identity.According to the research results,the researchers try to put forward the following suggestions from kindergarten and teacher level: at kindergarten level,teachers should be given full support,create an open organizational atmosphere,and establish a flexible and reasonable management system;at the teacher level,teachers should establish a good relationship with colleagues,strive to improve their own professional literacy,and then effectively improve teachers' professional identity..
