Advertising in our lives plays a more and more important role, can be said to livewithout the presence of advertising. Along with our country reform and open furtherdevelopment, in the process that blends in globalization, China’s advertising industry rapiddevelopment, many colleges and universities in order to comply with the development of thetimes, culture advertising professionals, have opened the school of advertising specialty. Inthe advertising specialty early, indeed for the development of China’s advertising industry toprovide talent support, but with the development of advertising industry, advertising on thequantity of talent demand and capacity requirements change. But the advertising industry ofadvertising talents demand produced what change, advertising graduates at the problemsencountered in the process, the existing research has not carried on the thorough discussion.This research is based on the advertising of Job-seeking Problems lack of research, throughthe design of questionnaire to understand advertising graduates in job interview questions.Through the study of advertising graduates in the job of problems encountered in the processof China’s higher education, reflection in advertising professional problems, for the furtherimprovement of China’s higher education advertising professional, the improvement of highereducation quality from advertising.This research is divided into four parts, the first part is the preface, research status andresearch methods to carry on the simple elaboration; part second through the design of thequestionnaire, the choice of Jilin province the Changchun City four college graduates inadvertising as an object of investigation, from the job after graduating from university duringselection, advertising copy number and amount of practice after graduation, salary expectationand other aspects of the investigation, after summing up an analysis, obtains theadvertisement school graduates in job hunting problems arising primarily from society, schooland students in three aspects; the fourth part mainly in-depth insight into the demand fortalents, talents training target and teaching screening of such problems, and then put forwardcountermeasures.
