| The number of students who major in advertise in China is growing rapidly in recentyears,but this does not improve the situation that the advertising industry is lacking talents.The fact in our country’s Advertising education is that the graduates from university cannot meet the needs of the society.Advertising education model has a great influence on thecultivation of advertising professionals and the development of the advertising industry.Affected by both oriental culture and western culture, Japan is one of the strongestcountry in advertise industry in the world.And we can draw lessons from Japan’sexperience. Based on the text analysis, the paper uses the method of comparative tosummarize the condition of advertising education in both China and Japan. Try to analyzethe Japanese education mode,then sum up the development of China’s advertisingeducation in the future,based on our national conditions. The Japaneses pay more attentionon practical ability than the education background, this paper argues that we should learnfrom Japanese at this aspect. and maybe try to introduce the Japanese teacher’s LifelongEducation System. In colleges and universities,it suggests that we should rely on theexisting education resources,to change the “serving for education backgroundâ€situation,and propose to set up the advertisement organizations to build a harmoniousadvertising environment.besides, cultivation methods of Dentu Company can be taken asexamples,setting up two to three years education study time and providing the chance foroverseas studies,to exploit employees’ potential as possible. At last,it Pays more attentionto the cooperation between colleges and companies in improving students’ practice ability.The main contents include: first, the simple introduction to the development ofadvertising education of both China and Japan; Second, the Japanese mode,that is lecturesin university given by advertising professional staffs, and staff training or staff reeducationof the company like Dentsu.analyzes the reason that how does the Japanese"double track"forms,in terms of the advertising industry, the university teachers, students themselves andso on.At last,puts forward the problems that exist in Chinese advertising education compared with Japan,and it also put forward some solutions. |
