Education is shouldering the important task of promoting social progress, cultivating talents with all-round development. In our country all levels of the education system, primary school education is not yet the basis of national education, but also foundation engineering of shaping healthy personality. It’s also shouldering the arduous task of fully enhancing the comprehensive quality cultivation and moral character and personality of primary school students. The value of education decides in the core position of the moral education in the education system. As an important mechanism for young children, school moral education plays a very prominent role in pupils’ development of morality. Therefore, no matter the needs of "perfect man" with high quality and high moral character in the process of the reform and opening up and socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics, nor eliminate not harmonious "factor" during the process of globalization and information; No matter from the new era of pupil’s group status, nor the current situation of primary school’s moral education, the rational, scientific, efficient construction would brook no delay.. So this article focuses on the empirical investigation based on the in-depth theoretical analysis of pupils’ state and moral education situation of primary school in new period, in order to explore the problem and solution of primary school moral education. This is the "special attention" to primacy school students, an attempt to improve the effectiveness of moral education in primary school, and also a beneficial exploration to strengthen primary school moral education theory.This article mainly from the following four parts.The first part: The definition of the concept. In this part we first define the connotation of moral education in primary school, and then explain its significance.The second part: Raise questions. This paper is part of the focus of the study, which includes two aspects: One is on elementary school students’ status considerations; the other is on primary school moral education’s status investigation, including the analysis of the specific work conditions and existing problems in primary school moral education.The third part: Sum up the cause of the problems. Grasp the macro and whole primary school moral education environment from the social environment, school education system factors, family environment and education factors, in order to find the crux of the problems of moral education in primary school.The final part: Solve problems. Put forward and analyzes the questions are to solve the problem, this part is based on the previous research on the basis of the sublimation. Respect students’ growth law to ensure correct "course" of primary school moral education, perspectives of primary school moral education problems in order to improve it more effective, in order to realize the scientific development of moral education in primary school.
