The aerobics on body function influence the resultsshow that: the aerobics exercise, may help practitioners to improve respiratoryfunction, blood pressure, enhanced cardiac force, make the heart beat more robust, butalso can improve the cardiac pump function, increase in ejection fraction. Visibleaerobic this movement to the human benefits are inexhaustible, it affirms the aerobicexercise on the body to produce health effects. In this paper, through the experimentalstudy, using the method of literature, experimental method, the logic analysis methodand mathematical statistics method, focuses on the experimental implementation ofthe part, the experimental study on Changchun City Northeast Normal Universityhumanities selected College of40students as the experiment object, using its owncomparative form, based on the experimental design of for a period of8weeks (2times a week) aerobic exercise experimental study. Statistical data analysis, draws thefollowing conclusion: Aerobics this exercise can promote the practitioners in thepractice of blood pressure and heart rate decreased, the subject of female collegestudents’ pulmonary ventilation increases, oxygen consumption increased, enhancethe body’s disease resistance defense ability, improve the function of heart and lung. Thus, female college students through the practice of aerobic exercise, the body’sphysiological indexes have been improved, enhanced their heart and lung function, soas to further development, and help build healthy physique.
