In this paper,using the method of Meta analysis,using Review Manage5.3 software,the literatures on the physical fitness of female aerobics intervention in China are sorted,classified and analyzed,and the three indexes of body shape,heart and lung function and physical quality are summarized.The literature conclusions on the effects of aerobics intervention on physical fitness,using various literatures to summarize empirical and theoretical conclusions.Body weight,BMI,body fat percentage,chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,vital capacity,standing long jump,one-minute sit-ups,sitting position flexion,800 meters and other indicators were selected as the entry points for data analysis for qualitative and quantitative analysis.Analyze and summarize the law of the influence of aerobics on the physical fitness of female college students,promote the development of aerobics exercise intervention and the improvement of female college students' physique.Results: for data analysis,Excel was used to collect the mean and standard deviation of each index in the literature,that is,the difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the aerobic exercise intervention.Systematic evaluation and data analysis are carried out on the difference data.Results a total of 14 articles were included,including 1,433 subjects in the experimental group and the control group.All subjects were female college students of different ages.The study intervention period was about 8 weeks to a year and a half.Among the selected literatures,there were 1 dissertation,2 core journals and 11 non-core journals.1.Meta analysis on the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on female college students' body weight: I =82%,total effect value Z=1.99,P=0.05,effect value =2.01,large effect.The 95% confidence interval was [0.03,3.99].2.Meta analysis on the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on BMI of female college students: I =88%,total effect value Z=0.89,P=0.37>0.05,effect value d=0.92,large effect.The 95% confidence interval was [-1.10,2.94].3.Meta analysis on the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on body fat percentage of female college students: I =2%,total effect value Z=3.17, P=0.002<0.05,effect value d=1.68,large effect.The 95% confidence interval was[0.64,2.71].4.Meta analysis on the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on female college students' chest circumference: I =64%,total effect value Z=1.96,P=0.05,effect value d=-1.45,large effect.The 95% confidence interval was [-2.9,0.00];5.Meta analysis on the intervention effect of aerobic exercise on female college students' waist circumference: I =76%,total effect value Z=2.69,P=0.007<0.05,effect value d=2.41,large college students;2.The influence of aerobics intervention on the control of female college students' body mass index is relatively high,and further analysis is needed after expanding the sample size;3.Aerobic exercise intervention has a significant effect on the control of body fat percentage of female college students;4.Aerobic exercise intervention has no significant effect on the control of female college students' chest circumference,which is on the edge of statistical significance.5.Aerobic exercise intervention has a significant effect on female college students' waist circumference control;6.The effect of aerobic exercise intervention on the hip circumference control of female college students was not significant;7.Aerobic exercise intervention has a significant effect on the improvement of vital capacity index of female college students;8.Aerobic exercise has no significant effect on the improvement of standing long jump performance of female college students;9.Aerobic exercise intervention has a significant impact on the control effect of one-minute sit-ups of female college students;10.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the performance of sitting posture forward flexion of female college students;11.Aerobics intervention has a significant effect on the improvement of female college students' 800 m performance.
