The experimental design is an experimental project. Firstly, according to the existing theory and practice according to the proposed hypothesis, and then determine the validation hypothesis method and process, and put forward index detection data statistical analysis method.Scientific and reasonable physical exercise on human health has a positive role in promoting. In a physiologically enhance organ system function, improve the body resistance to disease and the ability to adapt, delay the aging; psychological regulate human emotional role, can edify sentiment, make people keep healthy and positive state of mind.Sports and fitness practice confirmed that Tai-Chi and aerobics can improve the body’s level of health, but the difference between the role of the advantages and physiological mechanisms to be further explored. This experimental design to the older women as experimental subjects, arrangements for a period of24weeks of tai chi and aerobics exercise, intended to observe the difference in cardiopulmonary function and body composition and its related indicators before and after exercise to explore Tai-Chi and aerobics exercise on elderly women in mind and its difference in lung function and body composition, and thus provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and reasonable fitness of elderly women and the preferred method. The subjects selected as the non-exercise based on60elderly women of60-69years old, were randomly divided into the Tai-Chi group and aerobics group, n=30,24weeks of exercise. Cardiopulmonary function and body composition indicators in the three and exercise six months after the determination of exercise, exercise, heart and lung function parameters, including resting heart rate, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, vital capacity, both absolute and relative value of maximal oxygen uptake, oxygen pulse, gas exchange rate, movement speed, minute ventilation and maximal oxygen uptake platform, SPSS statistical software to conduct an independent samples t test analysis of the measured data. Body composition, weight, bust, waist circumference, hip circumference, protein content, intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, total body water, muscle weight, body fat, percentage of body fat, abdominal fat percentage, BMI and Virgin Wake Index and other indicators’ of test results done before and after inter-group comparative analysis of two different sports on cardiopulmonary function and body composition in older women. Tai-Chi and aerobics are many kinds of movement characteristics of24-style Tai-Chi and DanceSport (or Plaza ballroom dancing) and exercise intensity is more suitable for the elderly population, so the experimental design of these two sports. To make the experiment feasible, convincing experimental results, the subjects identified as60exercise after three months and exercise for six months before the determination of the exercise, the indicators, subjects first through the medical assessment of disease, the basis of no exercise. The experimental design with reference to the role of older women science reasonable choice exercise, the feasibility of implementation. Experimental test instruments, test indicators and application software described clearly, the experiment with strong logic, science and rationality as a graduation project, with a certain value and significance.
