Sub-district officesfocus themselves on community administration and development, aiming at promotingsocialist material and spiritual civilization construction, establishing a model community withstable, united, clean environment as well as good order and convenient living condition. Sofar, Sub-district offices are mainly consist of Party Committee and government. The former isthe leading nucleus of various organizing and operating work, responsible for disseminatingand implementing the Communist Party’s guidelines and polices, implementing the resolutionfrom Party Central Committee, higher Party organizations or within the Sub-district offices.Apart from fulfilling their own tasks by organizing and leading cadres and masses,meanwhile, Sub-district offices are actively involveing themselves in the discussion of majorissues in terms of city management, economic development and community buliding.
