The Post Evaluation Research For The Information Management Web-based On XW Institute

Along with proliferation of information technology and IT project development; it is therefore important to evaluate the outcome. The evaluation outcome is used to be concerned by both investor and implementer. Objective performing the post evaluation will enable stakeholders to measure the cost and benefit of the project, further improve it and provide valuable experience for future’s project. Therefore, post evaluation as the last step of project management has become increasing important and gradually attracts attention from project stakeholders.The research of this thesis will be located in the XW institute and conduct post evaluation for XW Institute Information Management web-based. In the course of the study, the analytic hierarchy process will be based on to establish the post project evaluation index system for project post evaluation; combined with the statistical survey data analysis, the logical framework approach (LFA) will be used on project post evaluation, in order to better comprehensive analysis of XW college information through the implementation of the project there are advantages summarize the project and defects, some existing problems and puts forward the corresponding proposal. It is expected that the research will benefit to further upgrade and maintenance of the Information Management web-based in XW institute and contribute to future’s project and research.
