On The Use Of Encouragement In College Students’Ideological And Political Education

As an important means of management, encouragement plays a more and more important role in the use of ideological and political education of college students. Based on the theory of Ideological and political education and the theory of encouragement, with reference to the domestic existing experience in ideological and political education, according to the author’s experience in the ideological and political education work and the literature data, the paper discusses the whole process of the use of encouragement in college students’ideological and political education.The main part of the paper is composed of the introduction, the text and the conclusion. The introduction introduces the present situation of the use of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education, analyses the current application of encouragement in colleges and universities, points out the practical significance of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education, describes the basic research ideas and methods of the paper. The text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter describes the theoretical basis of the use of encouragement in the process of college students’ ideological and political education. The corresponding theoretical basis is from the "Philosophy of Marx" and other works.The second chapter discusses two necessities:the use of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education is to promote the healthy growth of the college students, stimulate students’ potential; promote the all-round development of university students; three feasibilities:the provided policy basis of national document for the use of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education; the needs of college students’ all-round development in the society; the continuing widen information channelsThe third chapter summarizes the principles of encouragement in the use of college students’ ideological and political education, including the principle of spiritual encouragement mainly and material encouragement supplemented, the principle of taking college students’ need as the basis, the principle of grasping the key time, the principle of optimal prescription.The fourth chapter focuses on the use of train of thought of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education. The paper points out encouragement should be built in process control basis and respectively emphasizes on the application of encouragement of feedforward control, the application of encouragement in the concurrent control and feedback control.In conclusion, the use of encouragement in college students’ ideological and political education is a new topic under the new situation. It has the very strong practical significance.
