Higher School Ideological And Political Education Research In Modern Management Language Situation

Now, the development of Ideological and Political Education in higher school is imperfect, one of most important reasons is that higher school lacks normative management job system. For a long time, some higher school managers do not take the ideological political job as an important thing and do not think of the development of university students are important, also, because of lacking enough normative management consciousness to plans, decision-making, organization, leading, control and so on in higher school jobs, the management effect is not good. In order to get rid of these phenomena, the higher school must change their traditional management concept, introducing modern management theory and method.Applying the modern management theory and method to higher school's Ideological and political education job is fit for the world development tide and the modernization education career development trend, promoting the modernization of Ideological and political education in higher school. Based on the study results which is at home and abroad, this article narrates the basic meaning, formation, character, theory foundation and significance of the modern management theory and method, mainly discusses its practical application. There is a guide function in aim theory, encouragement theory and control theory of modern management theory. The higher school should construct aim system and encouragement system in higher school's Ideological and political education energetically, establishing control system in Ideological and political education. At the same time, this article studies SWOT analysis method, PDCA circulation method and standardized management method of modern management method carefully, applies SWOT analysis method to estimate the trend of higher school's Ideological and political education exactly, applies PDCA circulation method to design the process of higher school's Ideological and political education, and applies standardized management method to improve the quality of Ideological and political education of higher school.Whereas the study is not mature that the domestic and foreign academia strengthens the Ideological and political education supervisory work at the management science angle, basing on the current condition, on the grounds of absorbing the Chinese and foreign scholars′achievements which are already gained, aiming at the insufficiency and the practice flaw of the Ideological and political education's theory in contemporary Chinese higher school, this article earnestly carries out the research, innovates the Ideological and political education management concept, proposes own viewpoint and opinion systematically and explores a set of feasible Ideological and political education management theory and method in higher school. Meanwhile, this article contributes itself to the prosperity of Ideological and political education cause in our country's higher school.
