SWOT Analysis And Countermeasures Research Of The Impact Of Youth Subculture On College Student Ideological And Political Education

Since the1950s, youth subculture has begun to form in the Europe and American countries and spread to the whole world. The different styles of youth subculture ideas broke the dominant position of the mainstream culture,and youth subculture has continually influenced the young by its ideas with the characteristics of resistant and stylized. Since reform and opening up, With the background of economic globalization,the young in China have had the opportunity to be acquainted with the western youth subculture. Youth subculture was popular with the young by its unique style when it was spread into China. The youth subculture,as anther cultural phenomenon coexists with the mainstream culture in the college students after1990s, plays an important role in taking shape of a correct way of thinking and behavior for the college students, and it also has a profound impact on the development of ideological and political education among college students.This paper attempts to research the influence of youth subculture on the ideological and political education by SWOT analysis methods. Based on the development of era and society, as the background of the new situation and problems the ideological and political education is facing,from the perspective of youth subculture,this paper first analyzes the three manifestation of youth subculture in the college students in order to summarize the three features of youth subculture, and analyzes the reason why youth subculture is popular with college students after1990s, and also; according to the manifestation of youth subculture in the college students, from the view of youth subculture this paper summarize the strength、weakness、opportunities、 threats the ideological and political education are facing by SWOT analysis methods; by using the SWOT matrix diagram of the system analysis method, the paper actively explores optimizing strategies of youth subculture for ideological and political education of college students,so as to reinforce a pertinency and strengthening an actual effect of ideological and political education of college students.
