On The Education Of The College Students’ Ideals And Beliefs Under The Background Of The Diversified Cultures

The education of the college students’ ideals and beliefs is one of the importantcontents of the ideological and political education work in our country. Thediversified cultures provide spiritual basis for the formation of the college students’ideals and beliefs, which provide an open, inclusive and legal rule to the collegestudents’ and will be favorable for the formation of the college students’ ideals andbeliefs. The diversified cultures also constitute a serious challenge to the formation ofthe college students’ ideals and beliefs. Under the diversified cultures background,how to deal with the challenge from the various values and to format the collegestudents’ ideals and beliefs system of socialism with Chinese characteristics ultimatelyhas become an important topic of Chinese college students’ ideals and beliefseducation.This paper firstly identifies the basic concepts of the diversified cultures and thecollege students’ ideals and beliefs. After that, the paper expounds the connotation andthe characteristics of the diversified cultures, following the basic meaning of thecollege students’ ideals and beliefs. The paper analyzes the important significance ofthe college students’ ideals and beliefs education under the diversified culturesbackground emphatically.On this basis, the paper dialectically analyzes the positive and negative influencefrom two aspects of opportunities and challenges of the college students’ ideals andbeliefs education under the diversified cultures background. After the analysis of theopportunities to the college students’ ideals and beliefs education under the diversifiedcultures background, the paper points out the challenges for the college students’ideals and beliefs education under the diversified cultures background, which can besummarized as political beliefs, occupation ideals and value orientation.Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to thecollege students’ ideals and beliefs education under the diversified cultures background by systematic analysis method on the basis of learning from foreignexperience of the college students’ ideals and beliefs education, from theestablishment of the college students’ ideals and beliefs education, the innovation forthe college students’ ideals and beliefs education, the improving of the actual effect ofthe college students’ ideals and beliefs education, the creating of the college students’ideals and beliefs education atmosphere.
