Research On College Students’ Ideal And Belief Education Under Multi-cultural Background

The college students are the pillar of the socialism and the future of our motherland, theideal and faith of youth is related to the success or failure of socialist construction. TheChinese dream includes ideal and faith, it is the ideal of all Chinese people and the faith thatunremitting pursuit this ideal. Contemporary college students are full of energetic andinnovation, they are not only the main force of realize Chinese dream but also the successor ofsocialism. The Chinese dream is not just a dream of every Chinese, but also the trust of ourparty to the Youth, the great rejuvenation of Chinese Nation will finally become a reality bythe struggle of the youth generation. To study the ideal and faith education of college students,to integrate college students’personal ideal and Chinese dream, it is the requirements toachieve the Chinese dream. The18th National Congress of the Community Party of China hasproposed that to improve the scientific level of the construction of CPC by strengthening theideological beliefs of party members. College students are the hope of our country and nationand their ideals and beliefs conditions are related directly to the fate of our nation. Because ofthe impact of that economic globalization, society diversity, the information network and openenvironment, our country’ ideology and culture fields present a situation that multiculturalcoexistence, the college students’ ideal faith education is facing some new situation and newproblems. Therefore, how to deal with the college students’s ideal and faith education underthe multicultural background has become new topic of Chinese college students’ideal andbelief education in the new period.This thesis puts the multicultural as the environment of current college students’ idealand faith education environment, analyzes the situation and causes of college student’s idealand faith from the contemporary college students are faced with. Eventually comes to theconclusion, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions and explores the new way thatsets up the lofty ideal and faith.
