The Relationship Between Social Work Industry Organizations’ Vision&Mission And Its Development Road

Nowadays, Chinese new association of professional social work, mostly have doubt and confusion of its developing road. To provide some references for the development of the road to social work organizations, this paper starts from the organization’s mission, in Guangdong Province Federation of social work division, for example, with the concept of social system, elaborate organization values of the organization’s mission, the mission of the organization in the interaction of social environment and organization ability, affect the development of road to the organization’s production.
