The Professional Development Of Taiwan Social Work Association And Its Enlightenment To The Mainland

The development of social work in the mainland,based on the government's support,but we often ignores the importance of social work in the professional community organizations.The professional community is made up of people who are engaged in the same occupation,building professional organizations out of common career needs.Compared with the existing social work research content and the perspective,the guild study is relatively short in the mainland academic circles.The guild is a professional group that must be a group of specialists in the industry;association is to achieve a certain purpose to establish the group,but members are not limited to the same industry,the degree of professional far lower than the guild.In the above terms,in the mainland of China there is no real sense of the social work of specialized community organizations.On the basis of reviewing the professional development of social work in Taiwan,this topic has selected the most influential organization of Taiwan's social work specialization.This guild named Taiwan Federation of Social Workers.Through the literature review,participatory observation and other methods for data collection and analysis of the Taiwan Federation of Social Workers.To explore its promotion of Taiwan's social work-related legislation,standardize the professional qualifications of social workers to obtain,maintain the social workers and the owner's rights and interests play a special role.At present,the development of social work professional community in the Mainland,it mostly in the form of social work association organization.On the basis of summing up and reflecting on the development experience of the Taiwan Federation of Social Workers,the author analyzes the field of social work development in the Mainland to explore the professional development path suitable for the social work associations in the Mainland.
