Strategies For Professional Social Work Involved In Public Social Service Agencies

The establishment of the Profession Level Evaluation System promotes the whole level of the social work professionalization in our country. We can find that the staff's training has become to be the mine choice that we develop the social work. But the people who have accepted the standard professional training are still worry about how to get a position in the practical fields. In order to solve this problem, firstly, we should provide a body for them to develop. From the experience of the developed country, we can find social work has an extensive profession realm. However, in our country, without the support of the relative policy, the professional social work agencies and NGO organizations develop very slowly which cannot become to be the body of the professional social work. So we must try to change the existed social service institutions to be a suitable one for the development of social work. Secondly, the problem is in the relation with the role-identification of the social worker. So it is necessary to analyze this problem in the practical field. This article suggests that the government social service institution should be one of the body of the social work. So it is necessary to analyze how to solve this problem in this kind of agency.Combined with the case, this article analyzed the mode and the content of the Intervention, and some factors that influenced it from the talking-analyze at first. Then, it tried to discover the factors that will hinder it during the course. Based on the empirical analysis and from different kind of theory the writer made a conclusion that the government social service agency is not only the body of the professional social work but also the best one. And the writer also pointed out that the social worker would encounter two hinder factors. Finally, based on the analysis above, the writer suggested a four-stage intervention strategy of the professional social work.
