Community Construction Perspective Study Of Urbanization Of Land-lost Farmers

With the speeding up of the urbanization, more and more villages have become cities, and lots of the peasants have become the citizen. How to successfully promote the landless peasants to the citizen is the question which the academic circles widely discussed.Landless peasants are the special groups with Chinese characteristics, and they are transitional role of peasants to the citizen. On one hand, they have connected with the traditional rural society, on the other hand, they have accepted the rules of the modern urban life. Because of the irrational nature of the society system and the peasants’own limits, the transitional process has produced series of social problems, which has hindered itself.In the process of the civilization, the community where the landless peasants lead their daily life has become an interactive platform where joined the landless peasants and the city life. In a word, the community plays a guide function for the landless peasants. This study selected a resettlement community of the landless peasants—J community. From five dimensions of community building, which are community economic construction, the construction of community services management, community cultural development, the construction of community living environment and the construction of social insurance, the survey discussed the community whether played a promote or hinder function on the peasants’ role transformation. Also, the survey had functional analysis, and then made policy recommendations from the perspective of community building, in order to promote the process of civilization.
