Objective: Resistance training on skeletal muscle aging active role in this experiment totake a new tail-resistance training method of the muscle nuclei apoptosis and newborn, itsinternal mechanism of the underlying theoretical basis. New rat model of resistance trainingto study the level of the load intensity effects on the body, to provide a theoretical referencefor the elderly fitness load.Methods: In this experiment, the18-month-old sd healthy rats32as the object of study,were randomly divided into four groups: sedentary control group (C), the small loadresistance training group (L), the load resistance training group (M) heavy load resistancetraining group (H). L group, m group, h group were10weeks of the new tail of resistancetraining intervention, all animals derived Brdu (5-bromo deoxy-uridine) tag were sacrificed10weeks to take gastrocnemius immunohistochemistry and the detection of chemical andbiological indicators, analysis of each group of gastrocnemius muscle nuclei apoptosis andnewborn, as well as the analysis of the total skeletal muscle protein and the mhc shaped bodymrna expression status.Results1. At the end of10weeks, compared with C, rat skeletal muscle strength training groupsignificantly increased gastrocnemius total protein of each training group there was asignificant rise of the L group and M group of α-actin mRNA expression was significantly ofrise.2. At the end of10weeks, compared with the C group, group L and M group MHC ImRNA, MHC IIa mRNA, MHC IIx of mRNA significantly increased, groups of L and Mgroup, and H of MHCIIb mRNA expression significantly reduced, MHCI H group of mRNAand MHCIIx mRNA expression significantly reduced.3. At the end of10weeks, compared with the C, m and h groups has significantlyincreased percentage of nuclear apoptosis; compared with the C group, group L and M group,and H gastrocnemius new nucleus of a significant percentage of increase. Compared with theC group, groups of L and m of cell turnover percentage is significantly reduced.Conclusion1.10weeks tail resistance training can make aging in rat skeletal muscle strength andincrease in total protein, and in the loading group the best results.2.10weeks in the low-intensity resistance training to make the aging rat skeletal muscle fast and slow type the mhc different line body mrna expression levels were significantlyincreased, showing relative reduction in the fast-type proportion, the relative number of slowtype proportion.3.10weeks in the load resistance training can cause cell nuclear apoptosis percentagesignificantly increased with the nature of each training group of newborn nucleus the numberof percentage also have significantly with sex increased, small, medium load cell nuclearreplacement percentage significantly with lower, thus delaying and against skeletal muscleaging.
