College Students' Ideological And Political Education Resultant Force Of Education Mechanism

With the rapid development of higher education in China, Strengthening and improving students’ ideological and political education is not just a task of college, it should be integrated with various educational elements. We should plan, design and implement education for university students on the whole, thereby, forming a mighty educational strength. We also pay high attention to the resultant in the work of students’ ideological and political education. Integrate education elements and resources. Broaden new methods and means. Structure various forms and channels in an attempt to form pool effects in ideological and political education.This article probes into student’s integrated education mechanism in view of system and entirety. For education is an immense and complicated systemic project. This paper mainly discusses the integrated education for subjects of education, contents of education and environments of education in the area of students’ideological and political education. Among these, subjects of education include the relevant functional departments, teachers and administrative staffs. Contents of education involve in class teaching, extracurricular activities and campus culture. Environments of education consist of college and family, college and society, college and enterprise as well as college and virtual environment. All these elements finally form a system going through practice, grinding-in and theoretical maturity and sublimation.
