Local Colleges And Universities Research To The Influential Factors Of College Students' Entrepreneurship

College students entrepreneurship is not only conducive to the realization of College Students' personal value,but also conducive to China's social and economic development and industrial restructuring.For local colleges and universities,to promote the school students entrepreneurship can not only improve the employment rate of college students,but also to the country proposed the construction of Vocational and practical college policy effective implementation.By reading a lot of literature and research achievements of predecessors,put forward influencing factors of local college students' Entrepreneurship from four dimensions and establish the research model,put forward the influence factors of the hypothesis.By visiting the Tangshan City North Polytechnic University and the student archives department conducted a questionnaire survey of college students and graduates of 2015 as part of the collection of data,and uses the structural equation method to analyze these data,complete the survey of related data.The analysis shows that the individual specific aspects of risk,innovation,due diligence,stress,cooperation,cheerful and local college students entrepreneurial behavior is positively related.In terms of personal background gender,age,professional,school grades have little effect on entrepreneurial behavior,and social internship experience and family atmosphere is the key factor of local college students entrepreneurship.In the entrepreneurial environment,school entrepreneurship education,government policy,family atmosphere,network environment have a significant impact on local college students entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial attitude influences entrepreneurial behavior.The conclusion drawn from the data analysis has certain reference significance for the local colleges and universities as well as the local government's entrepreneurial support policies.
