School adaptation must be one of the most important life tasks and capacities in the growth of young people. It is also a vital process of growing up children’s social transition. China’s rapid ongoing urbanization has led to a certain number of "also city also village","non-city non-village" and "suburban village". At the same time, it has created a large number of "farmers","village in city residents" and "unstable families". Follow the footsteps of urbanization, the students were experiencing identity and adapting to the environment. In view of this, the article will focus on the study of W Primary School students’ school adaptation in C City in J Province. Inspired by theories of Sociology of Education, as well as the special structure of families in the west, this study will pay more attention to the relatively weak "unstable family" groups of children."Unstable Family" in this article includes unstable family income, unstable family structure, hidden edge of single-parent families, at-risk families, and so on.I am a primary teacher, who is responsible for heavy and hard education of teaching and management tasks. Facing some students’ serious situation which called a week’s embarrassing results (Children have5days education at school; however they forget most of the things after2days’ weekend at home.) But in the eyes of the school managers, high-voltage line which means stability, the health and safety above all else.(The attitude of the school managers is let sleeping dogs lie). From the conscience of teachers, I have been trying to research on students’ school adaptation and trying to wake them up. I am also looking for ways to modify the children’s behavior. Therefore, in this study of multi-action research, that is, the author is both a researcher and partiers (worker). In order to make the discussion more objective, except for participatory observation over the years of experience in handling, I also use a large number of events, cases, records and other materials, and even adopted more formal research tools. I compiled student questionnaires and have deep interviewed with school leaders, teachers, parents, and some students who can not adapt to the school life. This study shows that the school adaptation levels of "unstable family children" is significantly lower than stability, of which about20of the students have different degrees of adaptation problems. Including academic adaptation, behavior adaptation and interpersonal adaptation. In analysis of the causes, the author reveals the rapidly urbanized area education’s chief flamboyant and adverse environmental impacts such as social alienation, poor family education. In this study, the author also points to some management problems such as "contempt" and "discrimination" and "quarantine". Finally, I believe that the educational administrative departments must pay attention to the problems. On the one hand they will provide policy support and institutional arrangements to induce "unstable family" implementing self-help. On the other hand, school of Education Management is inclined to these disadvantaged students. In order to achieve effective management, teachers also should react actively and appropriately to improve education. At last, this study hopes to have some reference about similar problems in primary and secondary education.
