Purpose of the experience:Based on experiences,we intend to find out whether unstable training exerts an influence on static ability and dynamic balance ability of college students majored in basketball by designing an unstable training scheme using unstable training equipment in a unstable training environment of basketball training.Method of the experience:We study the influence exerted by 8-week unstable training on static ability and dynamic balance ability of college students majored in basketball.Taking 34 professional basketball college students who are 18-24 years old and above the 2nd level of national standard as our objects of experience,we divide them randomly and form a experimental group and a control group which have 17 students respectively. The experimental group trains 3 times a week and each time lasts for 30 minutes with training program of unstable passing drills and footwork drills. The specific training contents are making lunges in place on balance board and raise the knee,chest-passing ball on balance board,v-shape passing and catching ball with one hand on balance ball, making lunges while walking on balance board and raise the knee, combination training of balance board and sensitivity circle. While the control group does training program of passing drills on horizontal stabilizing surface footwork drills. The specific training contents are one-leg standing with eye-closed test, intensive ROMBERG test, marching on the spot test, stand up and walk test. Those training reflects the changes in static ability and dynamic balance ability. We will gather and analysis experimental results. Results of the experience:1.After 8-week unstable training, the experimental group have marked change on static and balance ability(P<0.01),which shows specifically on the great improvement of one-leg standing with eye-closed test and intensive ROMBERG test of static balance ability.2.After 8-week unstable training, the experimental group have marked change on dynamic balance ability(P<0.01),which shows specifically on the great improvement of marching on the spot test with closed eye and standing up and walking test of dynamic balance ability.3.Without 8-week unstable training, static balance ability and dynamic balance ability have no marked change.One-leg standing with eye-closed test and intensive ROMBERG test of static balance ability and marching on the spot test with closed eye and standing up and walking test of dynamic balance ability are the same after 8 weeks. Conclusion of the experience:Unstable training can improve static balance ability and dynamic balance ability ofprofessional basketball college students.
