Purpose:Through the analysis of the difference before and after exercise therestoration of knee proprioception and related indexes to study the effect of unilaterallimb knee joint eccentric–centric exercise to bilateral limb knee joint proprioception, and the effect of different recovery mode after exercise on Joint proprioception.Methods:32healthy male were randomly divided into control group (naturalrecovery group, N=8) and active recovery group, the latter is divided into the stretchgroup (tensile recovery20minutes, N=8), compression group (intermittent pressurerecovery in20minutes, N=8), tensile+compression group (tensile10minutes+intermittent pressure for10minutes, N=8). Each group according to the kinematicscheme of complete unilateral limb stock four muscle centrifugal centripetal movement(angular velocity of60degrees/s,20x5groups, between groups; each group after2minutes of rest) with different recovery methods for restoration. All of them will betested immediately before and after exercise and recovery with American BoidexSystem-3on the feelingsindex of bilateral limb (active position sense, passive positionsense, muscle force sense, joint reaction angle) and maximum voluntary isometriccontraction, at the same time to have blood lactate concentration determination, musclepain severity score. And use Microsoft excel2007、SPSS17.0to do the test data forstatistical analysis, collation.Results:(1)After unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise, each experimentalgroup immediately after exercise blood lactate concentration and immediately afterexercise muscle soreness score and exercise were significantly higher than before (P <0.01).Different methods for the recovery of the experimental group immediately aftertwo indicators were significantly higher than that of before exercise(P<0.01),But3 groups of active recovery group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05), and the3groups of active recovery no between group differences(P>0.05)。(2) After unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise immediately, eachexperimental group movement contralaterallimb MVIC were significantly lower thanthose before exercise(P<0.01), proprioceptive sensory index values were significantlygreater than before exercise(P<0.01);After different methods of recovery the group ofactive recovery group exercise limb proprioceptive sensory index value MVIC andrecovery and there were no differences before exercise(p>0.05).And the activerecovery did not difference between groups(p>0.05). But the control group weresignificantly lower than those of MVIC still before exercise(p<0.05),proprioceptivesensory index values were greater than before exercise(p<0.05),(More than3groupsof active recovery group)And with the active recovery group compared with difference(p<0.05)。(3)After unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise immediately,The experimentalgroup of movement of the side limb MVIC were significantly lower than those beforeexercise(P<0.05),proprioception of the index value was higher than before exercise(P<0.05);After different methods of recovery,Each group of movement of the sidelimb of the MVIC and proprioceptive sensory index and before exercise no difference(p>0.05),and no differences among groups(p>0.05).(4)Before movement of the lateral limb centrifugal centripetal movement,Eachexperimental group MVIC and proprioceptive sensory index value and the movement ofthe side there were no differences(p>0.05). Each experimental group immediately afterexercise and recovery immediately.Controls movement of the side MVIC weresignificantly lower than those of non motor side(P<0.05).Movement of the lateralproprioceptive sensory index significantly more than the non movement of the side(P<0.05);After the restoration of3groups of active recovery group each index valuemovement side with the movement of the side showed no difference(p>0.05)。Conclusions:(1) Unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise can make the bloodlactate concentration, movement of the side limbs appear muscle soreness, MVICdecline, knee proprioception function declined significantly. (2) Unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise can affect the non movement oflimbs, the movement of the lateral limb MVIC decline, knee proprioception functiondeclined significantly. But the impact is less than a movement of the side.(3) Unilateral limb eccentric–centric exercise, limbs were" excessive stretch","excessive flexion" phenomenon; muscle force" overrated" phenomenon.(4) Stretching method, intermittent compression and tensile+intermittentcompression method and recovery method comparison of natural restoration method, can effectively accelerate the clearance of lactate, slow muscle soreness development, accelerate the recovery of MVIC, thus effectively promote the knee proprioceptionrecovery. These3kinds of methods on proprioception recovery effect with the samelevel.
