Nowadays,science and technology is developing,the speed of life is more fast.People think that health is the fist important things after they lead a good material life.Such as the peole’s life,a country is the same.Now,all countries comparing their comprehensive national strength,however, the development of a country’s physical culture is also a symbol of its power.Our country’s comprehensive strength in P.E plays an important role in the stage of the world and P.E has a very glorious score in China.Middle-distance race is becoming an important backbone.In morden times, Middle-distance race is not better than before,people are thinking and seeking the effective ways of how to develop middle-distance race.The training methods of middle-distance race has a decisive meaning in match.The thesis mainly analyse intermittent training method in middle-distance race.To state the distance,the times of reiteration, the speed and time of running of intermittent training and how to use the method in middle-distance race. To improve the athletes’scores in the way of scientific and effective and our country’s skills in middle-distance race will come up top in the world.Intermittent training method as an efficient way of middle-distance race. This way was created by Bo Geshile, the coach of middle-distance race in Germany and Leyin Dale,physiologist in1940s.Ai Zhtopike, in Czechoslovakia had the name of people’s train head applied the method to create18World Records. It showed that intermittent training method in middle-distance race had showed its good training result in1940s. Intermittent training method controls seriously the intermittent distance after each training through the correct selection of the section distance, and then controling the athletes to continue next training and improving inaerobic exercise skill before the athletes’heart rate don’t recover. Intermittent training method can check the athletes’sports skill and aerobic exercise skill by repeating the training times.Choosing the reiteration times of training according to the athletes’self-quality to improve the athletes’cardio-pulmonary function. Intermittent training method can correctly check the athletes’sports skill and select excellent team members by the speed and time of running.And it can also design the training plan for the athletes of middle-distance. Intermittent training method can rich the training content by different intermittent methods and different intermittent methods bring the different experience to the athletes. Athletes can get adjust by using jogging, static or games and continue the next training.All in all, intermittent training method join in the middle-distance race has important meaning. It is also the method that many good athletes in the world apply to. In another word, the athletes won’t get better grades if they don’t use intermittent training method.
