Influence Of Eccentric,Centric Exercise And The EUO On Exercise Capability,Hemorheology Indexes And Others In Sprague-Dawley Rats

Eucommia ulmoides Oliv is famous and expensive traditional Chinese medicinal materials, and proper money crops in our country, and possess over 90% in the world.The EUO have been thought as a medicine of being stronger and miscarriage prevention from ancient times to the present. With the modern medicine and technology made progress ceaselessly, People have known on its pharmacological action by further steps. From long times, people always made EUO's skin as a medicine material, however the modern medicine have proved: the component of EUO's leaves and skin is identical basically, all of them own the functions of lowering blood press,being stronger,anti-aging,antisepsis and improving body's metabolization.Based on EUO's pharmacological action, this research actualize the experiment of exhausted exercise in different muscle constrict model on the mouse after feeding EUO for 15 days constantly, then observe the infection of different muscle constriction model on the mouse exercise capability, at the same time, measure and analyse the index of hemorheology and anti-oxygenation ets, observe EUO's anti-exhaust and the infection of different muscle constriction model on these indexs, then further steps discuss the relations of freedom redical, muscle damnification and hemorheology.This research found:(1) It is valid to use heart rate to supervise the exercise intensity, so the exercise indensity of two type exercises model in this research is the same.(2) Supplying the EUO can repress the body weight increasing remarkble. Supplying the EUO have different improvement action on the mouse exercise capability in different muscle constriction styles,therefore,the EUO have the action of anti-oxygenation.(3) The whole blood viscosity of mouse and its'exercice time is direct proportion, therefore, centric exercise is high request for the whole blood viscosity than eccentric exercise. the whole blood viscosity is not the reason to lead to exercise exhaust,but muscle damnification.(4) The factors of the muscle constriction styles and the supplying EUO don't affect the body on collecting the red cell during the exhausting exercise. The exhausting exercise can active the SOD, and supplying EUO and exhausting exercise own double-fountion on activing the SOD together ;SOD activity can directly reflects the capability of body's whole anti-oxygenation.(5) Freedom radical is one reason to lead to muscle damnification and lowering hemorheology .
