Construction And Verification Of Biological Science Literacy Evaluation Styles For Junior

Biological science literacy is an important component part in citizen science literacyconstitutes. Along with the rapid development of biological technology and the improvementof people’s living standard, biological science literacy has become the essential quality ofmodern citizens.The purpose of the basic education in life science education is to train thestudent to have the biological science literacy including biology knowledge, scientific method,scientific attitude and scientific spirit. That is the consensus of the junior school biologyeducation scholars in recent years. Investigation of junior school students’ biological scientificliteracy and understanding the junior school students’ biological science literacy, is to promotethe reform of the basic education, and to promote the healthy development of subjecteducation.At the beginning of this paper, we discussed the biological science literacy andevaluation index system, and detailed the concept and connotation of the scientific literacyand biological science literacy, the performances of a man having biological science literacy,and the connotation, structure, function of the evaluation index system. On the basis, weconstruct the biological science literacy evaluation index system of the junior school studentand dissused the system from the elements, structure characteristics and use points. In thevalidation process of the evaluation index system,we drafted the questionnaires in accordancewith the characteristics of the junior school students, and cleared the range and methods of thedetection, and the test results were analyzed. The results show that junior school students’biological scientific literacy evaluation index system reliable, perfect, objective, scientific andpractical.
