In recent years,with the advancement of society,the development of science and technology,people's living standards have been increasing,and the phenomenon of "civilized diseases" has become more and more serious.In order to prevent this phenomenon from continuing to develop,it is incumbent on the health of the national physique.The Chinese government is undergoing comprehensive reforms and has issued corresponding documents to support the development of national physique health,such as the National Fitness Program(2016-2020),the National Physical Health Standards,the National Student Health Standards,and the CCP.The Central and State Council's Opinions on Strengthening Youth Sports to Enhance the Physical Fitness of Young People,and other documents on adolescent health,indicate that the state attaches special importance to adolescent health issues.However,according to the 2010-2012 Chinese residents' nutrition and health status test,the overweight rate of children aged 6-17 years in China is 9.6%,the obesity rate is 6.4%,and the two add up to 16%.The proportion of boys is higher than that of girls,the proportion of cities is higher than that of rural areas,and the proportion has increased significantly compared with decades ago.Junior high school students are an important part of adolescents,and their healthy development is related to the future of the country.By evaluating the sports literacy of junior high school students,we can understand the students' sports psychology and knowledge level;understanding the students' physical health and exercise level can enhance students' awareness of participating in sports,and learn sports skills can cultivate students' sports interest and improve students' The physical level can also effectively prevent students from obesity,and the improvement of students' physical health also provides conditions for them to adapt to the development of society more quickly.This paper takes the evaluation index system of junior middle school students' sports literacy as the research object,using the methods of literature,Delphi and mathematical statistics,based on the comprehensive evaluation theory,according to the order of "theoretical preparation-evaluation index selection-evaluation index selection",through two steps of theoretical selection and empirical selection to establish the evaluation index body ofjunior middle school students' sports literacy.Departments;use Delphi method to determine the weight of each index;also use Delphi method to formulate the evaluation criteria of sports knowledge and sports participation;use weighted comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate junior high school students' sports literacy,let the class teachers and physical education teachers familiar with students' situation judge the reasonableness of students' sports literacy evaluation results,and evaluate the effect of the evaluation index system.The main results are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of junior middle school students' sports literacy is constructed.The index system consists of four first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and 24 third-level indicators.The first-level indicators include sports knowledge,sports behavior and skills,sports psychology,physical fitness level,and the second-level indicators include sports knowledge,sports health knowledge and other nine indicators.The three-level indicators include 24 indicators such as sports knowledge and physical fitness knowledge.(2)Using Delphi method to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation index system of junior middle school students' physical literacy.(3)Using Delphi method,the questionnaire for evaluating junior middle school students' sports knowledge and the questionnaire for evaluating junior middle school students' sports participation were developed.The questionnaire for evaluating junior middle school students' sports knowledge was composed of 46 questions and the scoring criteria were given.The questionnaire for evaluating junior middle school students' sports participation was composed of 10 questions and the scoring criteria were given.(4)A total of 178 students were selected from the first,second and third grades of Mingjingdong Middle School in Changsha City.The questionnaire of junior middle school students' sports knowledge evaluation,junior middle school students' sports participation and sports psychological measurement were distributed to these 178 students to fill in,and then the data of sports skills and physical fitness level were collected by weighted comprehensive evaluation method.Educational literacy evaluation,get the evaluation results of each student;and then let the teachers who are familiar with the situation of the class and physical education teachers make reasonable judgments on the evaluation results of students' physicaleducation literacy,86% of the students' physical education literacy evaluation results were approved by the two teachers,only 3.3% of the students' physical education literacy evaluation results were not agreed by the two teachers,the results show that the Institute was established.The evaluation results of the evaluation index system of junior middle school students' sports literacy are effective.
