Health literacy is an important indicator of people's health and also an important factor affecting the physical health of teenagers.With the development of the Times,the research of health literacy has gradually become the focus of international public health research.The physical quality of teenagers in China has been declining continuously,and the party and government attach great importance to students' health status.However,only by fully mastering the level of adolescent health literacy and its influencing factors can we provide Suggestions for improving the health status of adolescents effectively.But at present our country has been widely recognized and used only a health literacy evaluation index system for adults,teenagers student health literacy and there is a big difference in adult health literacy,therefore,it is important to develop a set of accord with the characteristics of students' health literacy evaluation index system.The junior middle school stage is an important period of health literacy training and form,also is the best period of health literacy assessment and intervention,this phase of health literacy can continue into adulthood,and important influence on health behavior in adulthood.Therefore,we choose to build a set of health literacy evaluation index system for middle school students.This article aims to construct junior middle school students' health literacy evaluation index system.On the basis of a systematic analysis of the basic theoretical issues of health literacy evaluation,a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods such as literature data,Delphi method,and expert ranking method is adopted.To formulate,screen,and establish evaluation indicators,and calculate the weight coefficients of the indicators at various levels.Finally came to the conclusion:(1)Junior middle school students health literacy evaluation index system including health knowledge,health belief and health behavior and health skills 4 first-level indicators,healthy eating,physical exercise knowledge,disease prevention knowledge,such as index of 19 2 class,exercise every day in the school for 1 h,the recess to outdoor activities,consciousness for sports and health class,64 tertiary indicators.(2)In the evaluation index system of health literacy of middle school students,"healthy behavior" is the most important index,followed by "health skills" index,"health knowledge" and "health belief" index.(3)Under the four first level indicators,the two level indexes with the highest weight are "growth and adolescent health knowledge","self-efficacy","physical exercise behavior" and "health risk factors management skills".
