Wushu Routine and Wushu Sanda are both self-sustaining and homologous. Though they have differences in the sports forms, technical styles and characters, yet they all focus on combat. With the development of Wushu Routine and Wushu Sanda, some questions were put forward whether Wushu Sanda athletes could fight and whether Wushu Routine athletes could combat in practice. Based on the above questions, the paper intends to conquer them by mutual study of them.In the actual combat, the time for and against parts are used depends on that on part could manage to attack the other part or stop the attack of the other. The less time you spend, the more effective you will attack or avoid attacking of the other part, which is different from the definition of the speed in Wushu combat. According to the formula:V=S\V, the equality of the distance is not be limited in Wushu combat, the two sides would narrow the routine to beat the other part so that the slower could win the combat.Due to the mechanical formula:F=ma&P=mv, speed affects the strength of the action, while the time is the key factor to attacking or avoiding the attack, which is a important part of the combat system. At present, many surveys on this area are rarely seen, besides, the trails and the comparative studies on how long the time is that Wushu Routine athletes and Wushu Sanda athletes funch a fist and kick a leg is a rarity. The main purpose of the research is to test how long the time is that Wushu Routine athletes and Wushu Sanda athletes funch a fist and kick a leg, analyzing the data in order to explore the reasons that cause the disparities based on the differences in the technical characters and the training methods, shortening the time. The research methods mainly include comparative analysis, literature material method, test analysis and so on. The object of the study is40high level athletes, including20Wushu Routine athletes and20Wushu Sanda athletes. The research shows that there exist outstanding disparities between Wushu Routine athletes and Wushu Sanda athletes in the following aspects:(1). the responding time. In the T-test, the disparities are obviously manifested in the time that the two kinds of athletes spend practicing the boxing and leg technique. In addition, Wushu Sanda athletes are superior to the others.(2). the pre moving time. In this kind of T-test, we get the same result as the former. However, the difference is that Wushu Sanda athletes spend less time in the boxing practice.(3). the finishing time. The two parts don’t show any obvious differences in the finishing time of in-situ boxing, but not in the progress boxing. Besides, Wushu Sanda athletes use the shorter time. After a long period of actual combat training, Wushu Sanda athletes take advantage over Wushu Routine athletes who don’t accept the long-term special training. Although the pre moving actions of Wushu Routine athletes are anot so many, but Wushu Sanda athletes pay more attention to the practice of leg techniques to shorten the pre moving time. As a result, they could promote the mission success rate of attacking. Owing to that the both parts are practicing the boxing, this kind of date don’t reveal any disparities. Meanwhile, the disparities mainly rely on the leg technique because Wushu Sanda athletes concentrate on practicing legs.
