With the practice of "new" rules, it has a great influence on athletes, especially on female athletes. It is also the first time to increase the difficulty as one leg on the ground after jumps, because of that, the competitions added more odds opportunity for athletes to have different possibilities to the results. By observing the 12 th pre-election of national Wushu competition, most athletes were choosing 360 degree outside jump kick to complete one knee up after. Under the implementation of new rules, athletes have been appeared different points to lose that caused them are not qualified to up grade to final games, such as wiggled, skipping and couldn’t keep2 seconds for knee’s up. Throughout the observation of start step, jumping and keep one knee up of this outside jump kicks, to analyze the angle of shoulders, corner speed, slashing and ground reflection to examine effective training methods and guidance so that coaches and athletes are able to improve the qualities of movements.1.The time to Complete 360°outside jump kick and after one knee up was 2.30s±0.55, the jumping time was 0.49 s ±0.05. the jumping height may not have impact on completion of this action, but the more time you have for jumping the more stable situation that athlete can achieve for landing position.2.Even the height of jump is not enough, it is still possible to finish the movement by increase the turning speed of shoulders and hips.3.It can show that the force of jumping section is mainly from coordinated activities of arms.During at the movements of arms, the range of increasing action for two shoulders are quite observable, however, the range of left shoulder is bigger than the right side. The range action of left shoulder is to increase the vertical speed of centrobaric level; on the other side, the range action of right shoulder is to focus on rotating angular velocity.4.By viewing the testers body movements, the maximum turning speed of shoulder and hips has appeared after squatting step, as long as the increasing turning angle of body, during and after the jump kick, the turning directions of shoulders and hips have gradually become smaller. It indicates that it is the same moving actions for both hips and shoulders at the starting stage, and other aspects do not influence both factors as well. As a result, during at the jumping phase, the turning angle speed of hips is the most important point for completing the whole movement. It will be a big help for athletes to accomplish 360 degree outside jump kick if they can adjust the coordination of arms and legs and suitable turning speed. The slashing action has to be by the highest point during jumping stage, the closer to the highest point, the better posture for kicking and situation for landing that athlete may acquire.5.Athletes have to land on one leg and other knee up after the jump; the ground reflection for female athletes is 1.21 times of their weight. Therefore reasonable weight reducing would contribute to the reduction of vertical speed for landing time.6.In landing phase, every joint has different degree of torsion. Athletes should keep their upper centrobaric point forward, the series of banding ankles, knees and hips gradually move parallel with left shoulder. And then move left arm back to chest, while move right arm to up right by appropriate position, which can tie the back muscles to prevent any wiggling and skipping activities.
