The teacher is the main implement and leader in the educational activities. Theirquality will directly affect the quality of talent training. Speed up the pace of theconstruction of teachers, improve the professional quality of teachers has become thedemand of times development.The research in this thesis has mainly used the narrative method, regarding oneChinese teacher from Zhenzhou in Hena province as the research object of this case. Itexplores all events, which happened in their teaching life and the significance of life andbehavior from perspective of the object, by using their own language, concept, in naturalstate, and then conduct the research on the issue about profession sensibility. This researchis attempting to promote the reflection and improvement of educational practice of theirown, help those relevant researchers have a deep understanding about the importance ofthe teacher’s profession sensibility on the implementation of new curriculum reform andthe improvement of the self-development ability, and then provide a vivid case on how tocultivate teachers of high-quality.This research contains the following four aspects.Chapter one introduces the causes and background of this research, analyzes theprevious studies about the teacher’s profession sensibility systematically, and points outthe starting point, significance, ideas, the methods and even the ethical issues of the study.And it also explores the meaning of profession sensibility of Chinese teacher, which isbased on the comprehensive analysis about affection and the profession sensibility.Chapter two is about the description of stories about teaching in the reading,expanding, composition classes and class management on the subject class meeting, thecultivating leader of the class, criticism and class life, with narrative method, which isbased on the existing data, combing with the investigation on the development of theteacher’s profession sensibility.Chapter three analyzes the root of their profession sensibility from the perspective ofindividual and environment on the basic of the overview on the object’s growth. And thepersonal factors include the growing course, concept of life, reflective awareness, cultural details, educational and student view, while the environment factors is mainly concernedwith the important person in his growth, implementation of the new curriculum reform,cultural construction of Chinese research group, inter-school communication and thefunction of professional guidance, and it demonstrate the formation process of professionsensibility.Chapter four discusses the inspiration of the object’s stories on the development ofprofession sensibility, which is aim to arouse the reflection and resonance of readers, andbring up reference opinions on the new curriculum reform and teacher education.
