Professional affection is one of the most important parts of the primary school teachers'accomplishment, which is the inner drive system to promote teachers'development and improve the quality of their teaching. But a lot of facts show that the situation is not so ideal.This thesis first analyzes the meaning of the professional affection, from the following aspects: its origin, meaning, structure, function and their occupation particularity .Then analyzes the problems and the reasons based on the questionnaire and the interview of teachers in Yancheng city .Quite a few primary school teachers don't know professional concepts clearly enough , therefore their behaviors don't fit close ; many of them, whose professional affection is low ,are lack of passion towards their work and students ; the level of their professional identity and the consciousness of independent professional development isn't high. On the basis of the above analysis, the thesis tries to give some suggestions on advancing the level of the social supporting system, enhancing the school management and improving their attitude on vocation.
