Under the guidance of relevant policies and regulations,Chinese private primary school and middle school is flourishing.Chinese teachers are the main force of private primary and middle schools,which plays an important role.The development of Chinese teachers' professional affection is not only related to the professional development of Chinese teachers,but also influences the cultivation of students' good habits and the shaping of personality traits.Teachers' professional affection refers to the teacher's emotion in the process of education and teaching experience,which includes the extent of Chinese teachers for their own professional recognition and attitude to educational work,teacher's personal life view,value view in the process of teaching presentation and teacher's personality to students bringing to the influence of.Teachers' professional affection is characterized by subjectivity,variability,unity and so on.Teachers' professional affection is made by professional ideals,professional morality,professional aptitude,professional self.The theoretical basis of teachers' professional affection mainly has the theory of emotional psychology,the theory of target classification,and two-factors theory.Though 144 teachers and 835 students of four private primary schools in Zhangzhou by questionnaire survey,interviewing with 19 Chinese teachers and to observe the 23 classes.I find the existence of problems for Chinese teachers of private primary schools in Zhangzhou,such as unclear professional ideal,the weak professional morality,professional aptitude fuzzy,lacking a clear understanding of professional self.The main reasons are that the Chinese teacher's own professional foundation is not solid,the school management system is not perfect,parents are too depending on teachers,the support of society for private schools is not enough,the public prejudice for teachers in private primary schools exists and other reasons.The promotion of Chinese teachers' professional emotion in private primary schools is a system of engineering and need teachers,schools,parents and society's joint efforts,such as Chinese teachers actively to be very professional attitude and improve their own professional affection,private primary schools to improve the management system and create a good educational environment,parents changing their ideas and actively cooperate with the teacher,society to overcome the subjective bias and increasing support for teachers.
