Normal Students’ Practice On The Role Orientation And Conflict

On Teachers’ education research in recent years more and more attention by scholars,teachers’ professional development life, makes the research of teacher’s professionaldevelopment is not only limited in the in-service teachers, scholars for teachers’ professionaldevelopment is a part of the normal school students’ research also increases increasingly. Asthe professional development of teachers of normal students ’ professional development andteachers’ Professional Development: what is the difference, and what similarities? Inparticular, as with the pre-service teacher is closely related to the teaching practice of normaluniversity students in the internship, the culture which is unique, how will the educationpractice role to play to the largest in China is the biggest problem facing education workers.On the teacher’s role in research, teachers from student to teacher role teacher transitionstage is smoothly from the student role stage conversion to teachers’ role of the importantstage. Education for students in educational practice unique role and conversion difficulties ofrole conflict conflict is a major concern of this study.This study to Northeast Normal University248normal intern for samples of normalstudents’ role orientation and conflict, the results show that:1、 Education intern role positioning clear, clear role consciousness.2、The education internship role conflict and gender have significant differences.3、 The education internship role conflict and internship tutoring experience and theteaching section of no significant difference.4、The education internship role conflicts and teacher factors have significant positivecorrelation.
