Art Education reform, specifically the implementation process, such a question must benoted that, in teaching the dominant position of the students, students studying in ruralschools, the number is several times the total number of city high school students, possessionabsolute advantage. But a lot of aspects of teaching and learning environment, teachers,economic conditions, information resources, and so on, and compared to urban schools, ruralschools are completely at a disadvantage. So far only the art of rural primary and secondaryeducation reform, is indeed in place, all sectors of society to increase the pace of reform inrural education, and earnestly strive to improve in the village middle school art classroomteaching quality and effectiveness, to make our nation’s secondary school art education theoverall level is greatly improved. However, on the status quo in terms of art education in ruralareas, the current status of the rural secondary art education and the future direction, still havenot caused by the departments enough attention.
