Problem Analysis And Counter Measures Research Of Educational Resource Allocation In Senior High School In The Perspective Of Education Ecology

Discuss and get the plan of the Nationallong-term education reform and development outline through in principle. The documents listeducation development of senior high school as a separate chapter, and put the popularizationof high school education as one of the key problems of planning again. In February14th,2011,Ningxia Party committee and government draft Ningxia long-term education plan. Make thehigh school stage gross enrollment rate reached85%, and reached90%in the year of2017.The high school stage gross enrollment rate reached above91%in2020. Thus, Highschool education will be faced with great opportunity of development.In recent years, Ningxia and local government attach importance to consolidation andimprovement of “Nine-year compulsory”. But these works are still inadequate for senior highschool no matter in funds, teacher allocation, or favorable policies.There are six parts in this dissertation and their content is arranged as followings:The first part introduces the background of this investigation. Put forward the problemswhich high school resource allocation faced in W city of Ningxia. Present the gap of schoolIndicators between the developed areas and Ningxia senior high school. Introduce the relatedresearch status and significance. Explain research thinking, the sample and the researchmethods.The second part is mainly for the related concept definition and basic theory.The third part will present situation which include the survey data of human resources,financial resources, and material resources in senior high school.In the fourth part will analyse the survey data. From the view of theory of educationalecology, propose the allocation problems which exist in W city of Ningxia.Part five is focused on some successful and relevant resources allocation experiencesfrom abroad.The sixth part is focused on the investigation of the problems and the analysis of theproblems, propose reasonable and effective countermeasures which can aim at the resourcesallocation according to the perspective of educational ecology.
