With the soaring students number, there’s huge challenge and pressure to theuniversities, and it’s higher requirement to the management. Unless the educational crew,there is necessary to have a professional administration crew to running the MPA programe.MPA programe management centres have been setup in some universities, but new concernsare how to apply the motivation system, administration crew’s build up, and enhance thecrew’s aggressiveness.This dissertation aims to analysis the application of motivation system in MPA programemanagement centres. With discussing the motivation system base on Guangdong provinceuniversitie MPA programe management centres, and combine other countries’ experierence,this dissertation will conclue a thesis which support to draw up the MPA programemanagement centres’ motivation system.
