The Current Situation Research Of Apartment Management For International Student From Centre-asia

Since the international promotion of Chinese bases in Central Asia settled inXinjiang, it has attracted more and more students from the Central Asian countries tostudy in China’s Xinjiang due to the geographical advantages of Xinjiang, and thisgroup has formed a “community”. All of these will become into the good researchresources for the study of Central Asia and the international development of Xinjianghigher education and the related management. The management of Central Asianstudent it has a great significance to international education of Chinese language, andthe apartment management for Central Asian student also plays a very important roleduring the management of Central Asian student. We must also fully know that theapartment management of Central Asian student is one part of Chinese internationaleducation and the international education component of university. It is a verymeaning question that how to use the knowledge of “intercultural communication”,“management”,“psychology” to conduct the cross-over study for apartmentmanagement of the Central Asian student.The paper can be divided into five sections: the first chapter is elaboratedmainly on research background, purpose, meaning and methods; the second chapteris a overview situation of international students from Central Asia in Xinjiang andthe current situation of apartment for international students from Central Asia inXinjiang Normal University; the third chapter is proceeded by the analysis andresearch on apartment management status for international student from Centre-Asiastudents in Xinjiang Normal University from the aspects of apartment satisfaction forstudents from Central Asia, apartment managers and apartment managementproblems; the chapter four gives the development proposals for internationalizationof apartment management for Central Asia students that references to existingproblems of apartment management for students from Central Asia in XinjiangNormal University; the fifth chapter is the ending.The interview participants includes: Central Asian students, apartmentmanagement staffs, Chinese students and teachers. In this paper, the methods ofquestionnaires, interviews are used, and it is supplemented by documentary methodfor the preliminary study of the current situation of student apartment managementfrom Central Asia in Xinjiang Normal University. Questionnaires and interviewsstrive to be comprehensive and three-dimensional, and using of scientific knowledgefrom the theory, and to serve for the investigation. The author tried to make a comprehensive analysis and research on apartmentmanagement for international student from Centre-Asia by the perspectives ofcross-cultural communication, management, psychology. To find out and analyzeexisting problems and the current situation of apartment management for studentsfrom Central Asia by the investigation of current situation of apartment managementfor students from Central Asia, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestionsfor the related problems,, but also as the reference for harmonious cross-culturalcommunication between students of Central Asia and Chinese people.
