Social Network In Urban Community:Study On The Relationship Between Community Autonomy And The Social Capital

With the development of social capital theories, more and more researchers try to pay more attention to the research about social capital. However, most of them just study the relationships between government and the resident in urban communities. They place the government in opposition to the resident and ignore there will be a different relationship that the government have a good community with the resident, forming a new social network between them.This kind of relationship may be helpful to the community autonomy.So just want to find the kind of relationship, this essay will use social network method to illustrate the profile, using the Hunter’s prestigious method, Decision-making method and the questionnaire survey, to describe the social network building by the societies and the neighborhood committee in urban community. After that, with the observations of parts of the election of the neighborhood committees in2012, this essay tries to find the influence of this society network on the community autonomy.
