Study On Career Conception Education Of University Student

The education of vocational value among university students plays an important role in ideological and political education.It makes a great difference to foster the university student’ self-vocational quality,to help them to gain an occupation smoothly and to become overall developed adults.However,currently,the theory circle and practical circle in our nation pay little attention to the problem.The education of the university students’ vocational value lags far behind.In this stage,owing to the inappropriate high-rank education system,the little attention high-rank universities paid to the education of vocational value,the lack of social environment for the education of university student’s vocational value and the ignorance of the development of self-vocational quality by students themselves,there are several drawbacks of the education of university students’ vocational value which lie in the following aspects:firstly,there exists some limitation to the idea of education of vocational value among university students;secondly, the obscure aim of the education of vocational value among university students; thirdly,the lack of teachers for the education of vocational value among university students,and the existing teachers are at different levels; fourthly,the incomplement of education system for the vocational value among university students; fifthly,the ineffective teaching method of the education of vocational value among university students.Therefore, under the current severe employment circumstance,it is urgent that we should strengthen and complete the education of vocational value among university students.Generally,high-rank universities should boost the development of the education of vocational value among university students by the revolution and development of high-rank education polity and the talent development plan.More specifically,to complete the education of vocational value among university students,we must make efforts from the following aspects:firstly,Straightening the status of Career Conception Education of university student;secondly,making a correct objection of the education of vocational value among university students;thirdly, Straightening the subject of Career Conception Education of university student; fourthly, renewing the content of Career Conception Education of university student fifthly,improving the teaching method of education of vocational value among college students; sixthly,improving the environment for the education of vocational value among college students.
